Vacancy for Senior Project Manager

X Communications is an established web design and development company offering award winning web-based solutions to a range of high profile clients. We were established in 1994 and are now one of the most trusted names in digital media design and delivery.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for a 6 month contract to cover for maternity leave.

The Role:

• Manage client accounts and client relationships
• Plan and oversee projects through the full project lifecycle
• Schedule quarterly meetings with all clients to evaluate project progress and to identify any new business development opportunities
• Plan weekly work schedules with project management team
• Set priorities for scheduling project work through development
• Attend weekly Production meetings
• Investigate and promote new development opportunities to existing clients
• Prepare project budgets and proposals in conjunction with Business Development Director
• Provide invoicing details at the end of each calendar month for work completed
• Establish good communication practice with all clients
• Monitor work in progress with the design and development teams
• Recommend changes in work practices and processes in order to increase company productivity.
